Refund policy

We accept returns in the unlikely case that an item arrives damaged or broken. Please email a photo of the item to ashotceramics@gmail.com within three days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for items that arrive broken or damaged.
